Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
